Product Dispatch Times

Aftercare Products, Wet Line & Adhesives

Shampoos, conditioners, wet line products, glues and tapes are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Studio Hair Systems — Uncut

Studio hair systems with no adjustments required are dispatched within 3 working days.

Studio Hair Systems — With Adjustments

If adjustments are required to a studio piece — such as cutting, styling, bleaching knots or density work — please allow up to 10 working days. A non-refundable deposit is required before any adjustment work begins. Timescales will be confirmed at the time of order.

Bespoke Hair Systems

Bespoke hair systems are available by consultation only and are custom-made to your exact specifications. Production time is from 12 weeks — please contact us for full details before placing an order. A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Once production has commenced, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all bespoke orders and studio pieces requiring adjustment work. Deposits are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion before dispatch or fitting.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Returns & Refunds

Uncut, unmodified products may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return please contact us at 07343 039615.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Hair systems that have been cut, styled or altered in any way
  • Bespoke orders
  • Studio pieces where adjustment work has been carried out
  • Opened aftercare, wet line or adhesive products
  • Deposits paid for bespoke or adjustment services

We offer in-person consultations and fittings in Manchester, Liverpool and the wider North West. All consultations are free with no obligation. Contact us to book.
