From your first visit to ongoing support — here’s exactly what to expect.
Free Consultation
We start with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation. We’ll look at your hair loss, talk through your options — Studio Piece or Bespoke System — and answer any questions you have. There’s no commitment required.
Book an Online Consultation
Mould Taking
For Bespoke Systems, we take a precise mould of your head using a cling film and tape method. This ensures the base of your system matches the exact shape and size of your scalp for a perfect, comfortable fit.
Customisation
Your system is matched to your exact hair colour, grey blend, density and texture. For Studio Pieces this is done on the day. For Bespoke Systems, your order goes into production — this takes around 10–12 weeks.
Fitting, Cut & Styling
Your system is bonded securely to your scalp using professional-grade adhesive or tape. We then cut and blend it to suit your face shape and personal style. You leave looking and feeling completely natural — all done in one appointment.
Ongoing Support & Rebonding
We’re here after your fitting too. We offer rebonding appointments every 4–6 weeks to keep your system secure and looking fresh. We’ll also advise you on home maintenance and aftercare.
